Whether AI is generating a transcript, summary, or action items, everything starts with one thing: clear audio input.
That is a problem LIVVO addresses at the hardware level.
LIVVO NOTE uses a dual-channel audio capture design: one conventional microphone and one bone-conduction sensor. The two channels capture sound through two fundamentally different transmission paths.
The microphone captures sound traveling through the air—the voices of people speaking in the meeting room.
The bone-conduction sensor captures sound through vibration instead of air. Because it relies on vibration, it naturally reduces interference from surrounding environmental noise. When LIVVO NOTE is magnetically attached to the back of a smartphone, audio from a meeting joined through that phone can also be captured as part of the same session.
These two channels correspond to two common meeting realities:
People speaking face to face in the room
and
remote participants joining through a smartphone
Instead of becoming two separate and incomplete records, both sources can enter the same Audio Input.
This matters because the quality of any Transcript, Summary, or Structured Outcome ultimately depends on the quality of the information the AI receives.
That is why the LIVVO workflow does not begin with AI:
Clear Audio Capture → Transcription → AI Understanding → Structured Outcomes
The hardware is responsible for capturing real-world meeting audio as clearly as possible. AI then turns that audio into information that can be used, including:
- Transcript
- Meeting Summary
- Decisions
- Action Items
- Follow-up Notes
For LIVVO, the hardware is not simply a recorder that stores sound.
It acts as the physical information layer of the Conversation Intelligence workflow—bringing real-world conversations clearly into AI context, where they can then be understood, organized, and transformed into useful information.
