At AGIC 2026 in Shenzhen, we had the opportunity to demonstrate LIVVO.AI in front of visitors from different industries, business roles, and technical backgrounds.
Instead of simply showing how an AI recorder works, we focused on a bigger question:
What happens after a business conversation is captured?
Over three days of live demos and face-to-face conversations, several themes came up repeatedly. They also confirmed something important for us: businesses are looking for much more than transcription.
They want conversations to become usable business intelligence. For us, that is the purpose of enterprise conversation intelligence.
1. Businesses Want AI in Real Conversations — Without Another Bot
One of the most common comparisons we heard at the show was with traditional online meeting tools.
But many important business conversations don’t happen inside Zoom, Teams, or another scheduled online meeting.
They happen during:
- in-person meetings
- Customer visits
- Sales conversations
- Trade shows
- Phone calls
- Internal discussions
This is where bot-free conversation capture becomes important.
With LIVVO.AI, teams can capture conversations without adding a meeting bot to the room. For businesses evaluating a no-bot AI note taker, the goal is to make AI available in more of the conversations where actual business decisions happen.
2. Transcription Is Only the Starting Point
Visitors naturally asked about transcription accuracy, speaker recognition, multilingual support, and AI summaries.
But once they saw the complete workflow, the conversation quickly moved beyond transcription.
The more interesting questions became:
Can I find the important information later?
Can AI identify action items?
Can managers see what is happening across multiple conversations?
Can this information become part of our existing workflow?
This is exactly why we are building LIVVO.AI as a conversation intelligence platform, rather than simply an AI recording device.
A single conversation can become transcripts, summaries, action items and structured AI outcomes. This is how AI meeting intelligence starts to support the work that follows a meeting.
Across a team, those conversations can become something more valuable: shared intelligence.
3. Team-Level Intelligence Got Strong Interest
Another feature that attracted attention during the show was Team Board.
Most AI note-taking tools start with an individual meeting:
one recording → one transcript → one summary.
For businesses, however, important information is often distributed across dozens or hundreds of conversations.
A sales manager may want to understand:
- What objections are customers mentioning repeatedly?
- What opportunities are appearing across different accounts?
- What commitments have been made?
- What needs follow-up?
- What is changing in the market?
Instead of requiring managers to open recordings one by one, AI conversation intelligence should help surface what matters across the team.
That is the direction behind LIVVO.AI Team.
4. Data Security and Private Deployment Are Becoming Core Requirements
One of the clearest signals from AGIC was the level of interest in data security and private deployment.
For individual users, cloud AI may be convenient.
For enterprises, the requirements can be very different.
Visitors asked questions such as:
Does conversation data have to leave our environment?
Can the AI model run locally?
Can cloud capabilities be controlled by administrators?
Can LIVVO.AI integrate with our existing infrastructure?
These are no longer secondary technical questions.
When conversations contain customer information, internal decisions, sales strategy or other sensitive business data, data sovereignty becomes part of the product itself.
LIVVO.AI is therefore building private AI deployment options for enterprises, allowing organizations to keep sensitive conversation data within controlled infrastructure while still using AI to process and understand it.
5. Integration Matters as Much as AI
Another recurring question was:
Can this connect to our existing systems?
This is an important shift.
Businesses do not need another isolated place to store meeting notes. Conversation intelligence becomes significantly more useful when its outputs can move into the systems teams already use.
For sales teams, that could mean turning customer conversations into structured information for CRM workflows.
For other organizations, it could mean connecting conversation data with internal applications, knowledge systems or business processes.
The long-term value is not simply:
Conversation → AI Summary
It is:
Conversation → Structured Intelligence → Business Workflow
From Recording Conversations to Understanding the Business
AGIC 2026 gave us an opportunity to demonstrate LIVVO.AI, but more importantly, it gave us hundreds of real conversations about how businesses expect AI to work.
The strongest signal was clear:
Enterprises don’t just want AI to record what was said. They want AI to help them understand what is happening across their business — securely, systematically, and at scale.
That is also where LIVVO.AI is heading.
From individual conversations to team intelligence.
From AI notes to structured business data.
From recording what happened to helping teams decide what happens next.
Turn Your Team’s Conversations into Business Intelligence
LIVVO.AI helps enterprises capture in-person and online conversations, transform them into structured intelligence, and connect that knowledge to the workflows teams already use.
